Small Battery Tray - ARB Nissan Patrol GQ RD28 Diesel TB42E EFI Petrol

It suits a SMALL BATTERY only, and mounts into the corner of the engine bay against the firewall on the passenger side.

This comes with fitting instructions, battery clamps and nuts and bolts to attach this to your vehicle.

We also have a different style battery trays to suit the GQ Patrol that mount parallel to the overflow bottle which uses a large battery like the main battery. This tray suits the TD42 diesel, but can be used on a petrol model if you relocate a heap of parts. This is available separately in our online store.

Installing a second battery without a properly engineered tray is extremely dangerous. An unsecured battery can shift or vibrate excessively, leading to damaged terminals, acid leaks, or a potential short circuit against the vehicle's bodywork. This can result in a loss of power, damage to your vehicle's electrical system, or even an engine bay fire, leaving you stranded in a remote location.
