Hi Flow Intercooler Kit - Nissan Patrol GU TD42Ti

This HPD Hi Flow Intercooler Kit is a high-performance, direct-replacement upgrade for the factory top-mounted intercooler on your vehicle. An intercooler is a critical component in a turbocharged engine, designed to cool the compressed air from the turbo before it enters the engine's intake manifold.

The HPD high flow, top mount, intercooler upgrade is a direct bolt on kit, with only minor modifications needed to install. The kit offers a significant increase in core size, 80% larger, with higher flow capabilities beyond the standard intercooler which will increase power and torque across the entire rev range.

The HPD intercooler and high flow cast alloy end tanks are fully TIG welded. The 280x240x76 core size intercooler replaces the standard intercooler and our 63mm CNC machined billet inlet adaptor replaces the std 57mm cast elbow bolted to the inlet manifold, 63mm alloy mandrel bent piping and silicone hoses also replace the standard small restrictive steel piping. This intercooler also allows the removal of the restrictive standard butterfly.

We always carry this particular model in stock, but due to demand we may just run out from time to time if the stocked item sells. In the event we sell one that isn't on the shelf, we will order another and send out as soon as it arrives, generally 1-2 weeks.
