HPD’s 4WD Nissan Patrol GU ZD30Di intercooler kits have been designed as the factory intercoolers are prone to leaking from where the end tanks are pressed together to the core with a rubber O-ring between, hence the reason why they do and are very likely to leak and cause engine running issues. HPD have designed a direct replacement larger and more efficient intercooler kit with a 9” thermo fan bolted underneath to keep cool at low driving speeds.

HPD’s intercooler kit improves torque and power just on its own but really show’s it potential in keeping cooler intake temps and EGT’s when engine tuning modifications come into play. These top mount intercoolers are great right up to 130kw’s at the wheels.
