HPD is now releasing its second evolution – SERIES 2 - to include all the benefits that the HPD brand has been associated with PLUS MORE. The SERIES 2 Top Mount Intercooler Kit has been developed to improve the performance of your non intercooled vehicle even further. 

 Added benefits of this SERIES 2 kit includes a massive 500 x 400 x 76mm core, intelligent fan controller, huge 14” electric fan which doubles airflow, billet CNC machined intake adaptor plus massive gains in torque, depending on complementary modifications made.

 After installation, reduced inlet temperatures and engine running temperatures, increased torque output, greater performance and reliability and more consistent and sustainable power will be experienced.

 The SERIES 2 intercooler core is the largest available on the market and is designed for all the guys that want to make big horsepower and at the same time those looking for increased reliability, when towing or touring. 

 The most significant point of difference (apart for the increased core capacity which is some 50% larger than the original HPD intercooler kit) is the intelligent fan controller feature. Furthermore, the core is 4 x times the size of the original OEM intercooler.

The Intelligent fan controller feature automatically cycles the huge 14” electric thermo fan (which is located underneath the intercooler core). The controller only runs the fan when it senses that the fan is required, resulting in increased efficiency.

These are easy to Install with basic mechanical knowledge and a few tools, however we recommend getting the bonnet marked and cut by a professional.
