Suits: Nissan Patrol GU TD42T (not TD42Ti)

HPD have manufactured a new complete top mount intercooler to suit the non-intercooled factory turbo TD42T Patrol.
Includes a TIG welded bracket.
This intercooler kit is designed to give a massive cooling capacity beyond the performance of a regular standard factory intercooler.

The Nissan Patrol Intercooler kit incorporates a vehicle specific heat exchanger, heavy duty cast alloy end tanks. The kit is designed to reduce both inlet temperatures and engine running temperatures, resulting in increased performance, reliability and consistent and sustainable power.

We have built this kit to give a factory look but with a 120% larger core than the factory intercooler.

The intercooler is mounted on a sub frame which bolts to the body and lines up with the bonnets bracing so all you need to cut is the bonnet skin. The kit also includes 2.5" alloy mandrel bent piping and silicone hoses from turbo to the billet inlet adaptor.

These are easy to Install with basic mechanical knowledge and a few tools, however we recommend getting the bonnet marked and cut by a professional. 

Please note: This kit now does NOT include a bonnet scoop.

The kit is designed to work with the factory Nissan bonnet scoop.
