TX Valve with Factory Air A/C Systems - Nissan Patrol GQ

This TX (Thermostatic Expansion) Valve is a critical component located in your vehicle's air conditioning system, typically fitted on the line leading into the evaporator core inside the dashboard. It acts as a precise metering device, controlling the amount of high-pressure liquid refrigerant that flows into the evaporator.

This TX Valve is located inside the evaporator box under the dash on the passenger side of the vehicle and connects to the evaporator assembly (available separately)

There is multiple styles of these, Multiple options suit Factory A/C systems, and aftermarket with imperial systems are different again.

This listing is for Factory A/C systems with Imperial Fitting on the TX valve. (#6 MIOR/ 5/8-18TPI and #8 MIOR/  3/4-16TPI.) This TX Valve fits with Evaporator EV3163

You must check your car, as some have imperial and some have metric fittings on the TX valve If you are unsure, please contact our sales department for advise.
